Package Your Umbrella

Place the unused umbrella back into its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
